The process of counseling is unlike any other. It can be a transformative experience from which I believe everyone can benefit. Throughout different stages of my life, counseling has been a truly beneficial experience where I really grew and developed into the person I am today. I have been fortunate enough to learn throughout my years of practicing from the most important information source: you (my clients). I believe that truly connecting with someone on a deep and real level is transformative. I work hard to understand my clients' full experiences, providing them with a safe environment so they are able to explore what they need to heal. I feel honored to do what I love each day and be a part of this unique experience called counseling. I look forward to continuing this process with you.

I have been practicing counseling for over 10 years with people of all ages and presenting concerns. I have specialized in working with people who are experiencing anxiety, and completed my dissertation research on play therapy with kids who are anxious. I am one of 20 people in the world who are certified to train child-centered play therapists through the world renowned Center for Play Therapy.
